Let’s face it sperm is not the most deliciously yummy thing on the planet and many woman blame their lack of enthusiasm for blow jobs on the fact that they detest the taste of semen and gag at the very thought of it in their mouths. But what if you could make changes to the way your sperm tastes and perhaps encourage your other half to ‘go down’ a little more regularly?
Yes it’s a pretty extreme lifestyle change but removing all meat from your diet will make your sperm taste far less strong, perhaps even to the point where your partner will enjoy the taste. Stay away from cabbage, asparagus and cauliflower though as they can give sperm an odd taste.

Eating more fruit such as the ones mentioned above will massively improve the taste of your sperm by making it a lot lighter. This is particularly useful for men who love dairy products which can give sperm a certain ‘off’ quality…mmm, yummy…. You may also want to drink more water to flush toxins out of your body. One to two litres per day is recommended.
Counteract bitter tasting sperm which is a result of drinking lots of tea and coffee by adding plums, blueberries and cranberries to your daily diet. Not only are these dark fruits packed with antioxidants and cancer fighting properties they will also make your sperm taste far sweeter and more sugary!
With all of this in mind we must remember than encouraging your partner to spend more time below the belt isn’t all about sweet tasting semen, you also need to make sure that you are returning the favour! No woman is going to put up with jaw-ache, neck-ache and a mouth full of sperm unless she is getting something in return. I am also a great advocate of mixing sex and food so try introducing whipped cream, chocolate sauce and honey into the situation and ask her to lick it off…just be prepared to get a bit messy!
